Factory Tour

For those visitors who want to get even more involved in seeing the product being made, small groups of visitors are taken to our factory area via a minibus.

Each group will be accompanied by a guide and the walking tour of the factory should last up to 45 minutes. The tour is suitable for all ages, even young children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

The tour will give a special insight into the processes that go into creating Wedgwood products.

The factory tour is available from Monday to Thursday from the 4th March to the 31st October and there will be up to 15 tours a day. Tickets are an additional £2.50. Factory Tour tickets must be bought as part of the full site ticket and cannot be purchased on their own.

Sorry:  The factory tour will not be available Monday 1st April (Easter Monday) and Monday 26th August to Thursday 29th August 2013 due to factory holidays.

Please note:
Due to the nature of our tour taking place around a busy working factory, wheelchairs cannot be used on the factory tour. For those who have difficulty in walking, the route around the factory is all on one level but there is no seating available along the route of the tour and there are approximately 3 steps at the end of the tour. The factory tour takes approximately 45 minutes.
