Monday to Friday: 10am – 5pm

Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 4pm

The potential length of a visit can be a full day, but a shorter stay is also rewarding.

Please note that our factory tour runs Monday to Thursday between the months of March and October. 

The Master Ceramic Experience is closed at weekends from the beginning of November to the end of February.

The Wedgwood Shop and Factory Outlet are closed on Easter Sunday.

The Master Ceramic Experience and Museum will be closed from the 24th December 2013 until the 2nd January 2014. The Wedgwood Shop, Factory Outlet and Restaurant will be open on the following days over the Christmas period:

Wednesday 25th December - Centre Closed

Thursday 26th December - Centre Closed

Friday 27th December - Wedgwood Shop, Factory Outlet and Restaurant open

Saturday 28th December - Wedgwood Shop, Factory Outlet and Restaurant open

Sunday 29th December - Wedgwood Shop, Factory Outlet and Restaurant open

Monday 30th December - Wedgwood Shop, Factory Outlet and Restaurant open

Tuesday 31st December - Centre Closed

Wednesday 1st January - Centre Closed

Thursday 2nd January - Centre Reopens
