Sightseeing often works up a hearty appetite. Our restaurant is a partly self-service facility where a range of hot and cold meals, snacks, lunch and afternoon teas are served to visitors for them to eat in an open plan restaurant capable of seating 200. And of course everything is served on beautiful Wedgwood china!
Reservations and group seating arrangements are available. Please contact our Restaurant Manager on 01782 282413 (email: restaurant.email@wwrd.com) for the set priced and tailored menus. If you require a more bespoke service this can be easily arranged.
Groups can visit the site but do not have to pay for an admission ticket to use the catering and shopping facilities. With its central location, easy access off the motorway and sweeping parkland the Wedgwood Visitor Centre makes an ideal lunch or coffee stop to break your journey.
We can also offer groups the use of our tea room for a more private dining experience subject to the size of the group and other bookings. Within the tea room you can choose from our standard menus or if you prefer you can sample the uniquely English experience of Afternoon Tea with a selection of finger sandwiches and cakes served on three-tiered Wedgwood stands.
The traditional tea room ambience is enhanced with oak laid floors, wooden ladderback chairs, pristine white tablecloths and subtle wall lighting together with specially prepared wall panels depicting both the history of tea and Wedgwood's association with the precious herb since the mid-18th century.
